Fair cancellation refunds
Cancel a lesson and the minutes come back to your wallet, depending on how early you cancel:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before100% of the lesson minutes back
- Cancel at least 12 hours before50% of the lesson minutes back
The 48-hour lesson guarantee
If a lesson didn't happen or had a serious problem — the teacher didn't show up, a technical failure stopped it, or the quality wasn't acceptable — report it from My bookings within 48 hours. We review every report and, when the problem is confirmed, we give you the lesson's minutes back (or your free trial).
