1. Accepting the Terms
By using Talk Arabic, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the platform.
2. Account & Subscription
You're responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be 13 or older to create an account. You're fully responsible for activity on your account.
3. Payment & Refunds
Purchased packs are non-refundable after 7 days. Purchased minutes never expire. You can cancel lessons up to 4 hours before start for full refund.
4. Acceptable Conduct
Using the platform for illegal activity, mistreating tutors/students, or attempting to hack our systems is prohibited. Violation leads to immediate account suspension.
5. Content & IP
All educational content on the platform is protected by IP rights. Personal lesson recordings are for your personal use only.
6. Limitations of Liability
We provide our service "as is" without express or implied warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages from platform use.
